The County works with DEQ (Department of Environmental Quality) to monitor land and tree spreading biosolid activities. All spreading locations should be clearly marked with signs stating that there are biosolid applications taking place. If you have questions or complaints concerning the spreading applications, you may call DEQ at the numbers listed on the signs or call the County Monitor.
